Observation of ultra-fast phenomena
Ultra-fast radiography of physical phenomena requires a very intense and very brief emission of X-Rays, at a precise moment predicated by the experimenter. A number of technical solutions exist: We can list linear accelerators or impulse generators (Marx generators, IVA or LTD) paired with an electronic diode. Either way, High Pulsed Power constitutes an important part of the system.
